On the fifth day of his birth, the king called six wise men to name the newborn baby and tell him the future. His name is Siddhartha - "one who has achieved, or whose purpose has been achieved". One of them said that the prince would one day go out in search of the truth and be enlightened. As a prince, Siddhartha was educated in various branches.

There are two things about Siddhartha Gautam's marriage. According to the first opinion, at the age of 18 he won his wife in a competition. Then son Rahul was born. According to another opinion, at the age of 26, his parents married him to Princess Yashodhara to make her focus on the world. Son Rahul was born the following year.
It is said that one day when Prince Siddhartha went out to visit, he met 4 people. First he sees an old man, then a sick man, and finally a dead man. When he asked Sahis Channa about this, Channa explained to him that this is the destiny of all human beings.

Again one day (according to some people that day) he went out with Channa. This time he met a saint, wearing a shaved head and a worn yellow bus. When Channa was asked about this, he said that he was a monk who had given his life for the suffering of the people. Prince Siddhartha said goodbye to his sleeping wife, son and family that night and left the palace. He took Channa with him. Leaving the palace, he stopped at the end of the forest. He cut his long hair with a sword. Then he said goodbye to Channa and started his journey in search of knowledge, at the age of only 29 years. This journey of Siddhartha is called Mahaniskraman.
