Information of all the oldest mosques in the world and the first mosque in the world.

History of the first mosque in the world:

Just as churches are places of worship for Christians, temples are places of worship for Hindus, mosques are the most sacred and places of worship for Muslims. Where Muslims worship in the hope of gaining nearness to Allah.

However, the history of the creation of the mosque is very ancient. Let's find out the exact history of building a mosque.

The construction of mosques began during the preaching of Islam by the Holy Prophet. After migrating from Mecca to Madinah, the Prophet (peace be upon him) settled in a place called Quba in Madinah and built a mosque there. This is the first mosque for Muslims. Earlier, Muslims used to pray to face the Aqsa Mosque in Palestine. After the migration, he lived in this area and prayed in this mosque every Saturday. Then Allah revealed the change of Qibla. From then on, the prayers started facing the Baitullah. In this mosque, 20,000 worshipers can perform prayers together. The distance from masjid Nabawi is four kilometers. The I Mosque was built during the 2nd Hijrah. At first, the locals built a mosque of clay, stone, and date palms. Later many more renovated this mosque. It has two domes 18 meters high. This mosque has 2 arches and 2 minarets for giving Azan. It is the second largest mosque in Medina.
